Delete your Max2D account
This covers your account on the Max2D app, max2dgame.com and max2d.app.
The fastest way: in the app
Open Max2D and go to Settings → Delete Account (it is also under Settings → About Us). Deletion starts immediately and you are signed out on every device.
If you have already uninstalled the app
Email support@max2d.app from the address on your Max2D account, with the subject Delete my account, or fill out the account deletion form. We action these within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your email address, password, display name, profile and sign-in identity
- Your unpublished projects and drafts
- Your AI chat history, comments, likes and viewing history
- Your device push-notification tokens
What is kept, and why
- Games you published stay playable, shown as by “Deleted User”, because other people play them.
- Marketplace assets others bought stay available to those buyers.
- Purchase and payment records are retained as required for tax and accounting. They no longer identify you.
You have 30 days to change your mind
Your account is recoverable for 30 days — just sign in again and choose Restore. After that it is permanent and cannot be undone.
Subscriptions are separate. Deleting your account does not cancel an active Max2D Pro subscription. Cancel it in your Google Play or Apple subscription settings, or you will continue to be billed.
